Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00360 | $0.00360 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00180 | $0.00180 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00072 | $0.00072 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00036 | $0.00036 |
Grade A, and why
nobrainer-tech-skills copilot-instructions.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
NoBrainer Tech Skills repository instructions for Copilot
The fifteen canonical Agent Skills are under skills/. Read the relevant
skills/<name>/SKILL.md before changing a skill; retired predecessors exist
only in Git history.
For non-trivial delivery load nobrainer-ultra. Inspect current state, clarify
once only when the answer changes scope or safety, freeze the minimum change and
show a compact Progress checklist. Keep one-step work direct. Use a detailed
ledger only for multi-session, dependency-rich, consequential or explicitly
resumable work.
Default to one primary agent. Use nobrainer-team for justified roles,
nobrainer-dispatcher for an approved delegated queue and
nobrainer-sessions for exact identity and transport. Worker reports require
fresh receive-audit before state advances.
PROBLEM_GATE: begin with the literal failure, local evidence and smallest
reproducer. Query related wiki decisions when useful. Use current internet
research only when the remedy depends on an external, current, niche, uncertain
or high-stakes fact. If required research is unavailable, return
RESEARCH_BLOCKED and choose no remedy that depends on it.
Keep SKILL.md portable: line-1 YAML frontmatter with only name and
description, directory/name match, relative links, no secrets, private paths,
private client data, hardcoded drifting model versions or unsafe shell
placeholders. Run python3 scripts/validate_skills.py --suite and relevant tests
before reporting success.
Use nobrainer-build for implementation, nobrainer-security for material
trust boundaries and nobrainer-review for a justified final evidence gate.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
