Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01551 | $0.01551 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00620 | $0.00620 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00310 | $0.00310 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00155 | $0.00155 |
Grade A, and why
home23 AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 125 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Home23 Agent Instructions
Shared development workflow
Read the shared development working agreement before cross-tool or release work. Repository-specific instructions below still apply. Preserve concurrent work and check the actual branch; current product development may be ahead of GitHub main.
For Home23 upgrade, Host and embedding work, Home23 continuity, updates and portability is the current direction. There is one product/source line. A newer release, Host adoption and an encoder change are separate choices. Preserve the established home and its configured encoder; do not make a whole-home move mandatory because the current copy adapter expects one. Historical embedder/Cursor/Claude plans are evidence, not work orders. Reuse accepted checks; do not restart completed lanes or repeat installed trials merely to satisfy an old checklist.
The final consolidation sprint is iPhone/iPad-first: those are the owner's primary clients. Home23 should have one normal installation/update experience; Host is a background technical responsibility, not a second application the owner must independently maintain. A Mac-only result or engine-only updater is not completion.
What This Is
Home23 is an installable AI operating system. The public repo must stay portable: source, examples, docs, tests, and templates belong in Git; local runtime state does not.
If you are working inside an existing live installation and AGENTS.local.md exists, read it after this file. AGENTS.local.md is intentionally ignored by Git and may contain machine-specific operator context.
Working Autonomy
Carry implementation requests through the source changes, necessary cleanup and integration, verification, and local Git checkpoints needed for the requested outcome. Review and commit only the task's changes; preserve unrelated work. Do not turn an audit or explanation into implementation. Respect explicit task limits, including requests not to commit.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
