Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.04532 | $0.04532 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.01813 | $0.01813 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00906 | $0.00906 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00453 | $0.00453 |
Grade A, and why
claude-command-center AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 212 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AI Code Conductor — agent & contributor brief
Canonical instructions for any AI agent or contributor working in this repo. This
is the cross-tool standard file (read by Claude Code via @AGENTS.md in
CLAUDE.md, and directly by Codex, Cursor, Copilot, and others). Read it before
making changes.

Session isolation — do this FIRST
Several agents run against this repo simultaneously. One session = one worktree = one branch. Before changing anything, claim your own:
node scripts/session-guard.mjs claim --base beta # or: adopt (already in one)
Work only in the directory it prints, and prefer git -C "<that dir>" … over
relying on the current directory. Never work in the primary checkout or another
session's worktree — their branch can change under you and they may hold
uncommitted work. A PreToolUse hook denies writes and mutating git outside the
worktree you own; CCC_SESSION_GUARD=off is the escape hatch. See
docs/session-isolation.md and ADR-012.
Ticket creation & premise review — policy
Every repo change starts from a GitHub issue, and every issue carries a premise review. Two standing gates bracket a change: a premise review at creation, and an adversarial review before merge (ADR-009). This is the first one.
Before you file an issue — whether you are a human or an agent — state its premise and check it holds:
- The problem, and the evidence it is real. Not "X would be nice" but "X is
broken/absent, here is where (
file:line), here is what happens." Ground it in the code as it is now, not as you remember it. - Why it is still open. This repo moves fast; a surprising amount of proposed work is already shipped or half-shipped. Check recent merges before asserting a problem exists — a STALE premise is the most common and most wasteful defect.
- Why now / what it blocks. Enough for triage to place it on a release line.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

claude-command-center AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository nubbymong/claude-command-center (57 stars, last pushed 17d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 4,532 tokens to every session, about $0.0181 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-15.
