What ccswarm does
ccswarm turns coding tasks into reviewable changes through a repeatable flow. Sangha is the product core: shared criteria, separate assessments, evidence, objection resolution, and a recorded decision. The current implementation provides quorum voting; the stricter target and its gaps are documented in Sangha Product Core.
- Provider-neutral workflow: Claude Code (default) and Codex execute code; GitHub Copilot CLI is probed only for migration diagnostics.
- Repeatable process: declarative flow YAML defines stages and routing; it does not guarantee identical output or quality.
