claude-wiki-pages-plugin: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

claude-wiki-pages-plugin CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from odere-pro/claude-wiki-pages-plugin. It costs 1,908 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of instructions for developing and running the claude-wiki-pages plugin. The plugin turns an Obsidian vault—a folder of Markdown notes—into a source-tracked wiki managed by AI agents.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to understand the plugin's four-layer structure, locate the active vault, follow documentation and schema authorities, and change vault settings safely.
Why use it?
It tells contributors where the project rules live, how the vault is found, and which files define the architecture and data format. This reduces confusion between development-time files and runtime behavior.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01908 $0.01908
Opus 5 $0.00954 $0.00954
Sonnet 5 $0.00382 $0.00382
Haiku 4.5 $0.00191 $0.00191

Security

Grade A, and why

claude-wiki-pages-plugin CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

claude-wiki-pages — plugin repo

Source of the claude-wiki-pages Claude Code plugin: a four-layer stack (Data · Skills · Agents · Orchestration) that turns an Obsidian vault into a provenance-tracked wiki, following Karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern.

Authorities. docs/architecture.md is the four-layer architecture and contract every skill, agent, and hook binds to. docs/GLOSSARY.md is the canonical term list; enforced by scripts/validate-docs.sh. skills/init/template/CLAUDE.md is the shipped schema (schema_version: 3) and wins any frontmatter conflict.

Vault location

All Layer 4 scripts source scripts/resolve-vault.sh, which uses a four-tier resolution (first match wins):

  1. CLAUDE_WIKI_PAGES_VAULT env var — explicit override for local dev / CI.
  2. .claude/claude-wiki-pages/settings.jsoncurrent_vault_path field; written by scripts/set-vault.sh or created with defaults on first SessionStart.
  3. Auto-detect — scan up to 4 levels for a CLAUDE.md with schema_version + a wiki/ sibling.
  4. Defaultdocs/vault.

To change the vault: bash scripts/set-vault.sh <path>. This updates only current_vault_path; default_vault_path is fixed at docs/vault and serves as the reset reference. Claude applies the same logic when no vault path is given. See docs/operations.md for the full contract.

Dev-time vs. runtime

This tree is the plugin source — contributor view. End-users do not interact with this root; it is not loaded as session context. On install, Claude Code loads only skills/, agents/, hooks/hooks.json + scripts/, and rules/ as runtime context. The onboarding wizard (/claude-wiki-pages:init) additionally copies skills/init/template/ into the user's project as docs/vault/ (or the path set in CLAUDE_WIKI_PAGES_VAULT); the copied vault/CLAUDE.md takes over the schema-authority role in their sessions. Everything else — docs/, tests/, .github/, this root CLAUDE.md, LICENSE, CHANGELOG.md — sits in the plugin cache but is never session context.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
