Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00599 | $0.00599 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00300 | $0.00300 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00120 | $0.00120 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00060 | $0.00060 |
Grade A, and why
coding-kit CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 57 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Claude Code
@AGENTS.md
The soul above is the full contract. What follows only adapts it to a run on a GitHub-hosted runner, where the machine-local parts of it cannot apply.
Runner context
You run from .github/workflows/claude.yml on ubuntu-latest, triggered by an
@claude mention in an issue or pull request comment.
~/.memory,findings.py,build.py, and the memory-warmup script do not exist on the runner. Skip every memory step the soul asks for: do not search the base, do not record findings. Say so in one line rather than failing the step.- There is no
.override.mdhere, so the default contract applies. - The model behind this session is not an Anthropic model. Behaviour differences are yours to work around, not to report.
Verifying a change
scripts/doctor.py is the gate, and it is the whole verification story:
python -m pip install pytest
python scripts/install.py # bootstrap memory engine, self-test
python scripts/doctor.py # 14 checks; must end "All systems GREEN"
python -m pytest tests -q
Doctor's memory+db and backup freshness checks read ~/.memory, which does
not exist yet on a fresh runner — scripts/install.py creates it, so run that
first. If doctor still fails only on backup freshness, that check is WARN-tier
and does not block.
Before pushing anything, respect these repo rules:
- File-size gate. Code soft 500 / hard 1000 lines, docs soft 300 / hard 500.
Split rather than grow; never edit
scripts/tools/file_size_baseline.jsonto make a check pass. - Integrity manifest.
integrity-manifest.jsonhash-pins the control plane. If you change a file in its scope, regenerate it withpython scripts/tools/integrity_manifest.py --update— but only for your own change, and never to paper over someone else's drift. - Encoding discipline. Never a bare
text=Trueonsubprocess.*; always passencoding="utf-8"alongside. The gate is AST-based and will fail you.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

coding-kit CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository oleg494/coding-kit (2 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 599 tokens to every session, about $0.0030 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-05.
