qwen-orchestrator: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

qwen-orchestrator AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from Omar-Obando/qwen-orchestrator. It costs 1,580 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for the Qwen Orchestrator project. They define how agents should work and how websites should be built.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when making changes in that project, especially website work, multi-page structure, spacing, navigation, and quality checks.
Why use it?
They give coding agents shared rules, so work is checked against the repository's expectations instead of relying on assumptions.

Instructions file for CodexOpenCode

Written for Codex and OpenCode: the file is AGENTS.md. Also seen: names the TodoWrite tool; mentions AGENTS.md.

This is Omar-Obando/qwen-orchestrator's own configuration. It tells Codex and OpenCode how to work on qwen-orchestrator itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything qwen-orchestrator configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01580 $0.01580
Opus 5 $0.00790 $0.00790
Sonnet 5 $0.00316 $0.00316
Haiku 4.5 $0.00158 $0.00158

Measured 8d ago against content hash e26ef5bd509e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

qwen-orchestrator AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 191 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

AGENTS.md

This file defines the operational rules for all agent work in this repository.

Core Principle

All work must be evidence-based. Read files before editing. Run commands and observe output. Run tests and check results. Never assume.

Website Rules

Multi-Page Websites (MANDATORY)

When the user asks for "a website", "a site", or "a page for X business" — create a full multi-page website. Never a single landing page.

Minimum pages: Home, About, Services (listing + detail per service), Products/Portfolio (listing + detail per product), Contact.

Exception: Only when the user explicitly says "landing page" or "one-page site".

Zero Emojis (MANDATORY)

Professional websites never use emojis. Use SVG icons from Lucide, Heroicons, or Phosphor (pick ONE, use consistently).

Section Spacing (MANDATORY)

  • Section padding: minimum 80px top+bottom (clamp(4rem, 8vw, 6rem))
  • Hero: minimum 96px, target 70vh
  • Footer: 128px top padding minimum
  • Alternating backgrounds: --color-bg / --color-surface
  • Max 7 items in main navigation; use dropdowns for groups

Quality Gates

Before marking any task complete, run the appropriate checks for the project's framework:

Framework Check Commands
Astro astro check · eslint . · tsc --noEmit · astro build
Next.js next lint · eslint . · tsc --noEmit · next build
TypeScript tsc --noEmit · eslint . · npm run build
Flutter dart analyze · flutter build web

React tsc --noEmit · eslint . · npm run build
Python python -m py_compile · ruff check . · mypy src/ · pytest
Rust cargo check · cargo clippy · cargo test

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
