SemanticSkills: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

SemanticSkills CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from ontology-of-everything/SemanticSkills. It costs 563 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A repository guide for SemanticSkills, a community collection of skills organised around structured meanings such as facts, measures, time, and scope. It explains where skills, tests, documentation, and validation files belong.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when adding or changing SemanticSkills skills, updating their tests and documentation, running validation, or modifying semantic definitions and command references.
Why use it?
It prevents contributors from placing files in locations that would be shipped accidentally or ignored by validation. It also lists the related files that must stay in sync when a skill changes.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00563 $0.00563
Opus 5 $0.00282 $0.00282
Sonnet 5 $0.00113 $0.00113
Haiku 4.5 $0.00056 $0.00056

Measured 12d ago against content hash ec1de88da34b, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

SemanticSkills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

SemanticSkills

Community skills monorepo — not official Huawei Cloud.

Do not get wrong

  • skills/<name>/ = install payload only (npx skills add copies this tree). Put gates, evals, and skillcheck.toml under qa/<name>/ (validate.shbin/gate.py full); never inside skills/.
  • Skill Creator eval output: <name>-workspace/ at repo root only (gitignored). Never under skills/npx skills add would ship it. Run evals from repo root so paths resolve to ./<name>-workspace/.
  • Do not edit or commit: .agents/, *-workspace/, .workspaces/, .credentials/, gate reports.
  • Done means ./qa/<name>/validate.sh (or ./tools/validate-all.sh) passes — say so only after running it.
  • Skill change syncs five places: skills/, qa/ (VERSION, CHANGELOG.md), docs/catalog.yml, docs/skills/<name>.md. New skill: ./tools/skill-scaffold.sh <name>.
  • Routing is by fact / dimension / measure / time / scope — not FAQ lists. BSS operation change → update references/semantic/*.yml, related-commands.md, and qa/.../fixtures/ops_contracts.yml together.
  • Layer split (semantic vs command)semantic/*.yml = facts, dimension shape (keys / source ops / selection & pairing rules), routing; keep thin. related-commands.md = CLI contracts, concrete spec/code/measure values, enum tables, response field paths, command examples. Any value an agent types into hcloud or reads from the response lives ONLY in related-commands.md; semantic points to it, never re-lists (no documented_examples code catalogs, no enum value maps). Behavior defaults (OS=linux, AZ=空, fee_installment_mode=NA) live in SKILL.md.
  • No commit unless asked. Never commit .env*, AK/SK, or credential files. Minimal diffs; no extra markdown unless asked.

huawei-cloud-billing-scout

  • Read-only BSS — refuse pay, renew, refund, delete, update, create. ListCustomer*ChangeRecords are read ledgers (Change ≠ write).
  • No auto-install hcloud. Real BSS calls only when HUAWEICLOUD_BILLING_SCOUT_REAL=1.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
