What is opendev AGENTS.md?

A set of development instructions for OpenDev, an open-source Rust workspace containing an AI coding agent and its web interface. It lists the commands used to build, test, format, and check the project.

Use it when changing OpenDev code. It helps build the full workspace, run tests for all or one package, check types and lint rules, format Rust code, build the release command-line program, and build the web interface.

It gives a coding assistant reliable project commands instead of making it guess how the repository works. This reduces missed tests, formatting problems, and build errors.
