Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.07347 | $0.07347 |
| Opus 5 | $0.03674 | $0.03674 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.01469 | $0.01469 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00735 | $0.00735 |
Grade A, and why
ai-pricing-hub-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 427 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.MD - AI Pricing Hub MCP App
Project: AI Pricing Hub MCP Framework: Skybridge (MCP App Framework) Repo: github.com/OptimNow/ai-pricing-hub-mcp (public, MIT) Deployed: https://ai-pricing-hub-mcp-9604f763.alpic.live
What This Project Does
An MCP (Model Context Protocol) app that provides AI/LLM model comparison, cost estimation, and cloud compute pricing tools as interactive widgets inside AI conversations (Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code, Goose). Built with Skybridge framework.
Origin: Business logic copied from the standalone web app cloud-sparkle-compare, which has since been renamed to OptimNow/ai-pricing-hub (private). The local checkout is still the cloud-sparkle-compare folder, and this file uses the old name throughout. It is deployed at optimtoken.optimnow.io, which is what this app reads its pricing from. The original app remains untouched.
Architecture
Framework: Skybridge (MCP App Framework)
Language: TypeScript
Build: Vite + Skybridge plugins
UI: React widgets (rendered via structuredContent)
Deployment: Alpic Cloud
Transport: Streamable HTTP at root URL /
Data: optimtoken.optimnow.io API (source of truth)
→ direct OpenRouter (LLM only, uncorrected)
→ static fallback in data/pricing-data.ts
Data sources and the fallback chain
https://optimtoken.optimnow.io is the single source of truth for both LLM and
compute pricing. It is the deployed face of cloud-sparkle-compare, and it is
where pricing correctness lives: a committed price archive, a PRICE_OVERRIDES
table verified against vendor pricing pages, and scripts/check-price-anomalies.mjs,
which alarms on the ×0.5 / ×2.0 ratio breaks OpenRouter intermittently serves.
This app has no archive and cannot build one, so it asks rather than re-derives.
The base URL is one constant, OPTIMTOKEN_BASE_URL in lib/optimtoken-api.ts,
overridable with the OPTIMTOKEN_API_BASE_URL env var. Do not hard-code a
second host.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ai-pricing-hub-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository OptimNow/ai-pricing-hub-mcp (0 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 7,347 tokens to every session, about $0.0367 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
