ai-native-toolkit AGENTS.md

ai-native-toolkit AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from OXI-717/ai-native-toolkit. It costs 174 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Instructions for a toolkit of eight independently installable plugins for AI coding agents, such as context management, code review, and security auditing.

In plain words
What is it for?
They help contributors organize plugins, check runtime support, and account for reduced behavior in other coding-agent tools.
Why use it?
They clarify which runtimes support each plugin and warn that features tied to lifecycle hooks may not work outside Claude Code.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00174 $0.00174
Opus 5 $0.00087 $0.00087
Sonnet 5 $0.00035 $0.00035
Haiku 4.5 $0.00017 $0.00017

Measured 4d ago against content hash efe3a3e97659, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

ai-native-toolkit AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

ai-native-toolkit

Open-source plugins for AI coding agents: context management, code review, security audit, and developer utilities. Claude Code is the reference runtime; most plugins are runtime-agnostic and load in opencode through skills.paths.

Structure

  • plugins/ — 8 standalone plugins, each installable independently
  • docs/ — guides on AI-native development levels
  • .claude-plugin/marketplace.json — plugin registry for Claude Code marketplace install

Runtimes

See the runtime support table in README.md before assuming a plugin works outside Claude Code. Plugin hooks are not exported to this repo, so anything whose behaviour depends on lifecycle hooks (ctx auto-loading, context-handoff auto-restore, statusline) is reduced or unavailable in other runtimes.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
