Atlas is a source-control system for coding agents that links each commit to the agent session, prompts, tool calls, and file changes that produced it. It is for developers who run multiple agents, switch between them, and need their work, decisions, and project knowledge tracked together. The catalogue includes a skill for working with Atlas.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.04104 | $0.04104 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.01642 | $0.01642 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00821 | $0.00821 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00410 | $0.00410 |
Grade C, and why
atlas CLAUDE.md scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Recursive force deletehighDestructive command
rm -rf with a variable or a broad path is one typo away from removing the wrong tree.
`rm -rf node_modules && bun install` (a full `rm -rf node_modules bun.lock` to dedupe). How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 280 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
Atlas is a Tauri v2 desktop app: a React 19 frontend over a Rust backend, one cargo
workspace, and the agent engine under vendor/atlas-engine/ (its crates are
atlas-engine-*; ADR-0003 has its origin).
This file is deliberately short. It carries the commands, and the invariants that fail silently — where nothing errors, every gate is green, and the symptom is in the shipped binary. Everything else is a pointer, because a second copy of it here would drift out of date without anything noticing.
Where the answers live

|---|---|
| how a feature crosses the stack; a subsystem's file paths | docs/architecture.md |
| verification gates, branching, PR checklist, telemetry rules | CONTRIBUTING.md |
| what a term means | CONTEXT.md |
| why a decision is what it is | docs/adr/ (0003 and 0004 are each used twice) |

| the browser mock backend | src/dev/mock-backend/README.md |
| what a contract suite guards, and why nothing else can | that suite's docblock in tests/ |
| what CI actually runs | .github/workflows/ci.yml (commented throughout); for a given diff, node scripts/ci-affected.mjs --base <rev> |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

atlas CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository pacifio/atlas (9,597 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 4,104 tokens to every session, about $0.0164 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 1 finding (recursive force delete). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-21.
