Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.05764 | $0.05764 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.02306 | $0.02306 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.01153 | $0.01153 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00576 | $0.00576 |
Grade A, and why
campfire CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 313 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Campfire
Kotlin Multiplatform app (Android, iOS, JVM desktop, and wasmJs web; Compose UI shared by all) for viewing and editing
song lyrics and chords, with a metronome, a tuner, and chord diagrams. The app owns a library folder of plain
ChordPro files, filled by the editor or by importing ChordPro, plain text, PDF, Word, ABC
tunes, zip archives, and other apps' songs and backups. Every module, :presentation source set, and package with
something the code cannot say has its own CLAUDE.md; read the nearest one before changing code there.
Privacy: what reaches the network
Only these, all in :data:source:remote:implementation, the only module that makes a network call:
- Sync, off until the user connects their own cloud folder in Settings; no Campfire server exists. While the app is in front it also holds one long poll open on the folder's change feed.
- Cover images: downloaded once from the address a song file names (public
httpshosts only, never the local network), then kept on the device; an address that answers with no cover is remembered as such. - Cover search and song details lookup: MusicBrainz and the iTunes Search API, only from the sheet the user opens for them; the "Cover art" and "Online song details" switches in Settings → Features remove them.
- Shared links: sharing a song or setlist publishes a copy as a public link in the Dropbox connected for Sync,
kept current by sync runs; opening one downloads that zip from
dl.dropboxusercontent.com, needing no account and keeping nothing beyond the import. - Not Campfire's requests: the web build asks its own deployment which build is current; Android asks Play for updates
and, on a first launch, the install referrer over IPC (Play Store app); Android/iOS system backup copies
library/andpreferences.json— never the sync credentials, the sync index, the shared links mirror and journal, the editor draft, the iOS share inbox, orcovers/(app/android/src/main/res/xml; on iOS a device-bound Keychain item,FileStorage.keepOutOfDeviceBackup, and the share inbox's own exclusion). A launch with no preferences document forgets any credentials it finds, since the iOS Keychain outlives an uninstall.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
