What is coograph testing.instructions.md?

Test-file editing instructions that define conventions for writing and organizing tests. This entry is only a commented-out template, so it has no active rules yet.

Use it when creating or changing test files. First uncomment and adapt the template to your project's testing practices, or remove it if you do not need file-specific guidance.

It can give an agent consistent test guidance once you customize it. In its current form, it prevents relying on rules that have not been written.
