Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00735 | $0.00735 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00367 | $0.00367 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00147 | $0.00147 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00073 | $0.00073 |
Grade A, and why
claude-office CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 79 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
Overview
Claude Office Visualizer transforms Claude Code operations into a real-time pixel art office simulation. A "boss" character (main Claude agent) manages work, spawns "employee" agents (subagents), and orchestrates tasks visually.
See docs/architecture/ARCHITECTURE.md for system architecture and component details.
Commands
# Root
make install # Install all dependencies
make dev-tmux # Run in tmux (recommended) - backend :8000, frontend :3000
make dev-tmux-kill # Kill tmux session
make checkall # Lint, typecheck, test all components
make simulate # Run event simulation
# Component-specific (run from backend/ or frontend/)
make dev # Start dev server
make checkall # Check single component (faster)
uv run pytest tests/test_file.py::test_name # Single backend test
# Hooks (cd hooks/)
./install.sh # Install hooks
./uninstall.sh # Remove hooks
# OpenCode Plugin (cd opencode-plugin/)
bun run build # Build plugin
bun run typecheck # Type check
Development Workflow
Preferred: Use make dev-tmux - creates separate windows for backend/frontend.
- Read logs:
tmux capture-pane -t claude-office:backend -p - Switch windows:
Ctrl-b n/Ctrl-b p - Hot reload enabled on both servers
Debugging: Hook logs at ~/.claude/claude-office-hooks.log (enable with CLAUDE_OFFICE_DEBUG=1)
Project Skills
- /office-sprite - Generate office furniture sprites
- /character-sprite - Generate character sprite sheets
- /desk-accessory - Generate tintable desk items
See .claude/skills/*/SKILL.md for details.
Workflow Guidelines
Commit after every batch of work: Always commit after completing each logical unit.
Use subagents for validation: Spawn a Bash subagent to run make checkall and commit:
"Run 'make checkall' from the project root. If successful, commit with message: '<message>'"
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

claude-office CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository paulrobello/claude-office (511 stars, last pushed 20d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 735 tokens to every session, about $0.0037 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
