What is lex-vector CLAUDE.md?

Repository instructions for the lex-vector project, written in Brazilian Portuguese. They specify required tools, testing, version checks, and output restrictions.

Use them when changing lex-vector: use Bun for frontend work, uv for Python work, run tests before commits, keep Tauri versions aligned, and avoid emojis.
