Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00770 | $0.00770 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00385 | $0.00385 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00154 | $0.00154 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00077 | $0.00077 |
Grade A, and why
awesome-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 70 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md — awesome-skills
Guidance for AI agents (Hermes, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, OpenClaw, AGY, …) that work in this repository. Read this before editing.
Purpose
awesome-skills is a public, community-maintained catalog of reusable
Skills, Agents, and Plugins for AI agents. Every entry is procedural memory
that must work across multiple runtimes from a single canonical SKILL.md.
Hard rules
- One canonical
SKILL.mdper skill (Hermes format). Adaptors (CLAUDE.md,manifest.json) must only reference or translate — never duplicate logic. - No secrets — tokens, keys, passwords never in body or scripts. Use env / secret store. Fail closed (non-zero exit) on error.
- API purity — anything touching
*API*(specs, wrappers, clients) must be pure: no leaked credentials (keys/tokens/secrets) and no proprietary or closed-source code. Use only public specs, fictional examples, and stubs. Never embed a real token, signed request, or internal endpoint. - Multi-tool compatible — if it only works in one runtime, it does not belong here.
- Idempotent scripts — safe to run more than once.
- Verifiable — ship a check, or state the blocker explicitly.
- KISS/DRY — concise instructions, concrete examples, no noise.
Structure
skills/<category>/<name>/ # SKILL.md + references/ + scripts/ + templates/
templates/ # starter kits: skill / agent / plugin
docs/CODE_REVIEW.md # review standard
tools/gen_index.py # regenerates README.md from SKILL.md
.github/ # ISSUE_TEMPLATE + PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE
Workflow (every change)
- Branch from
main:feat/...,fix/...,docs/...,chore/.... - Follow
templates/for new skills/agents/plugins. - Never hand-edit the README above the Index/Contributing sections —
run
python3 tools/gen_index.pyinstead. - Verify locally (below). No verification → no merge.
- Open a PR with the seven standard assignment fields (see
CONTRIBUTING.md): Assignee, Reviewer, Labels, Project, Milestone, Development, Relationship. - Review per
docs/CODE_REVIEW.md(severity table + rubrics). - Merge
--rebase; delete the branch.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

awesome-skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository pedroiff0/awesome-skills (1 stars, last pushed 10d ago), licensed MIT.
