Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01370 $0.01370
Opus 5 $0.00685 $0.00685
Sonnet 5 $0.00274 $0.00274
Haiku 4.5 $0.00137 $0.00137

Security

Grade A, and why

pluqqy-terminal CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project Overview

Pluqqy is a terminal-based tool for managing LLM prompt pipelines. It stores everything as plain text files (Markdown and YAML) and provides both a TUI and CLI for managing contexts, prompts, and rules that can be combined into reusable pipelines.

Development Commands

Building and Running

# Build the application
make build

# Build and run the TUI
make run

# Install to $GOBIN or $HOME/go/bin
make install

# Run tests
make test

# Format code
make fmt

# Run go vet for static analysis
make vet

# Update dependencies
make deps

# Build for all platforms (Darwin, Linux, Windows)
make build-all

Testing Commands

# Run all tests with verbose output
go test -v ./...

# Run tests for a specific package
go test -v ./pkg/files/...
go test -v ./pkg/tui/...
go test -v ./pkg/composer/...

# Run tests with coverage
go test -cover ./...

# Generate coverage report
go test -coverprofile=coverage.out ./...
go tool cover -html=coverage.out

Architecture and Code Structure

Package Organization

The codebase follows a clean architecture with clear separation of concerns:

  • cmd/ - Entry points and CLI command definitions

    • cmd/pluqqy/main.go - Main entry point with root command and TUI launcher
    • cmd/commands/ - Individual CLI command implementations (set, list, show, etc.)
  • pkg/ - Core business logic and features

    • pkg/files/ - File operations, YAML/Markdown handling, atomic writes
    • pkg/models/ - Data structures (Pipeline, Component, Settings, Tags)
    • pkg/tui/ - Terminal UI components using Bubble Tea framework
    • pkg/composer/ - Pipeline composition and output generation
    • pkg/search/unified/ - Search engine with query parsing and filtering
    • pkg/utils/ - Utility functions (token counting, etc.)
  • internal/ - Internal utilities not exposed as public API

    • internal/cli/ - CLI helpers, formatters, and validators

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
