Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00364 | $0.00364 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00146 | $0.00146 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00073 | $0.00073 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00036 | $0.00036 |
Grade A, and why
skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Before taking task actions, apply the core block under Portable Skill Invocation Contract in README.md and the family block for each type of work in scope. Inspect the linked catalogue or indexed SKILL.md frontmatter to choose skills; do not treat this file as a replacement skill catalogue.
An explicit skill name, documented acronym, or clear match to an installed skill's description requires invocation. Read the selected SKILL.md completely and follow its workflow, validation, announcement, and final-response requirements without waiting for the user to invoke it manually.
For material repository engineering and read-only explanations of repository code, implementation behaviour, or diffs, invoke engineering-workflow (EWF) as the normal skill entry point and select the relevant method reference. Comprehension does not require workflow state or closure. Simple document wording questions and trivial inspection stay outside EWF. EWF works without RKE. Use the separate rke skill for relevant installed runtime retrieval, validation, freshness or optional continuity support; it supports EWF methods rather than defining another lifecycle. OKF Tasks remains the independent execution-record primitive, with repo-task-lifecycle (RTL) supplying its execution capability when needed. Select EWF methods by current outcome; historical package crosswalks remain source-side audit material outside the installed methodology. repo-setup remains the separate bootstrap capability.
The EWF and RKE adapter packages here are synchronized catalogue mirrors of polaralias/rke, pinned by their RKE_SOURCE.json manifests. Update their canonical sources first and use the source repository's mirror tooling; see README.md for Skills CLI installation.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
