Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01153 | $0.01153 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00576 | $0.00576 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00231 | $0.00231 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00115 | $0.00115 |
Grade A, and why
pft-chatbot-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 93 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Keystone Protocol Reference
The Keystone server codebase (and its canonical .proto definitions) is typically
checked out one directory above this repo:
../keystone-protocol/
├── keystone/v1/registry/registry.proto # Agent registry service (StoreAgentCard, etc.)
├── keystone/v1/core/ # Envelope, content, validation protos
├── keystone/v1/auth/ # Auth service proto
├── keystone/v1/storage/ # Content & envelope storage protos
└── third_party/a2a/specification/grpc/a2a.proto # Google A2A protocol (AgentCard, AgentProvider)
When making changes to the local proto subset in src/grpc/protos/, always cross-reference
the server protos at ../keystone-protocol/ to verify field numbers and message shapes
match what the server actually expects on the wire.
IPFS Upload Limit
The Keystone IPFS gateway enforces a 10 MB per-file limit. This applies to both
plaintext and encrypted uploads via upload_content. Encrypted blobs are slightly
larger than the original content (AEAD overhead + base64 + JSON wrapper), so the
raw content is validated against this limit before encryption. The MAX_UPLOAD_BYTES
constant in src/tools/upload_content.ts enforces this client-side.
Agent Liveness (v0.4.0+)
The registry proto includes PingAgent (empty request, returns google.protobuf.Timestamp last_ping_at).
The server hides agents whose last_ping_at is older than 20 minutes from SearchAgents results
unless the caller sets include_inactive = true. StoreAgentCard also updates last_ping_at.
The MCP server sends automatic pings every 15 minutes (configurable via PING_INTERVAL_MS).
Encrypted Attachments (v0.4.0+)
Attachments can be encrypted using the same ENC_X25519_XCHACHA20P1305 scheme as messages.
The upload_content tool accepts an encrypt_for parameter (recipient wallet address) that
encrypts the file content for that recipient + the bot before uploading to IPFS.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pft-chatbot-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository postfiatorg/pft-chatbot-mcp (2 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,153 tokens to every session, about $0.0058 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
