Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01190 $0.01190
Opus 5 $0.00595 $0.00595
Sonnet 5 $0.00238 $0.00238
Haiku 4.5 $0.00119 $0.00119

Measured 8d ago against content hash 41484832d2f6, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

Kiri-Friends AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Kiri Friends Agent Guidelines

Development Documentation

Use these documents as the project map before making architectural, runtime, UI, or workflow changes:

  • docs/README.md — documentation index.
  • docs/product/information-architecture.md — product scope and information architecture for watchOS.
  • docs/interfaces/watchos-swiftui-interface.md — watchOS SwiftUI interface structure, complications, and navigation.
  • docs/interfaces/mac-buddy.md — SwiftUI macOS Mac Buddy (CLI host bridge + desktop pet, AGPL-3.0).
  • docs/core/cli-bridge.md — CLIBridge protocol between iPhone companion and CLI tools.
  • docs/core/cli-plugins.md — plugin/hook contracts for the twelve supported CLI hosts.
  • docs/core/cli-adapters.md — normalized CLI adapter behavior.
  • docs/server/relay-server.md — Cloud Relay server routing, downlink delivery, presence, and retries.
  • docs/core/security-and-privacy.md — trust boundaries, redaction, pairing, and approval safety.
  • docs/operations/app-store-distribution.md — TestFlight and App Store submission process.
  • docs/operations/license-boundaries.md — MIT / AGPL-3.0 split between the watch + iPhone stack and the Mac Buddy.
  • docs/quality/testing-quality.md — testing and quality expectations.

watchOS-specific implementation guidance lives under .agents/skills/, especially:

  • .agents/skills/watchos-design-guidelines/SKILL.md
  • .agents/skills/watchOS/SKILL.md
  • .agents/skills/watchos-code-review/SKILL.md
  • .agents/skills/kiri-friends-core/SKILL.md

Documentation Maintenance

When a change meaningfully alters product behavior, architecture, runtime configuration, communication protocol, testing expectations, or UI information architecture, update the relevant document in docs/ in the same change set. Do not let implementation and documentation drift.

UI Copy Constraints

  • Avoid redundant copy. Do not repeat information already expressed by a title, metric, selected state, icon, or surrounding section.
  • Prefer concise labels over explanatory text when the UI state is self-evident.
  • Remove disabled placeholder actions unless they teach a real next step.
  • Do not add low-information detail text such as "Current status", "selected", or repeated counts when nearby UI already communicates the same fact.
  • Keep user-visible copy in English unless explicitly asked otherwise.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
