pi-ccg: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

pi-ccg CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from qinye6/pi-ccg. It costs 3,169 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of instructions for CCG, a Pi command-line development workflow that coordinates specialised coding roles. It describes how projects are explored, planned, built, tested, and reviewed, with separate frontend and backend workers.

In plain words
What is it for?
Planning components, assigning frontend or backend work, coordinating parallel builders, running tests, type checks, linting and builds, reviewing changes, and retrying fixes up to the stated limit.
Why use it?
It gives the supervisor a controlled process for splitting work among coding agents, coordinating dependencies, and sending targeted fixes through testing and review.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.03169 $0.03169
Opus 5 $0.01584 $0.01584
Sonnet 5 $0.00634 $0.00634
Haiku 4.5 $0.00317 $0.00317

Measured 6d ago against content hash 0c73d3d5237f, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

pi-ccg CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CCG for Pi CLI

Last Updated: 2026-08-25 (v3.2.8)

历史变更见 CHANGELOG.md

ccg-project-scout
→ ccg-planner
→ supervisor contract relay + START approval
→ Pi 动态 builder fanout(N frontend + M backend,按 component/profile/wave)
→ builder FINISH handoff
→ ccg-test-runner
→ ccg-reviewer

Pi role templates

Role template

frontendModel → generic ccg-frontend-builder instances
backendModel  → generic ccg-backend-builder instances
reviewModel   → ccg-reviewer + ccg-test-runner
scout/planner → Pi subagents.defaultModel

effectiveDevParallelism = min(
  devAgentCap,
  globalConcurrencyLimit,
  parallel.concurrency,
  parallel.maxTasks
)

requiredSpawns = 2 + (N_frontend + M_backend) + 1 + 1

默认:

devAgentCap = 4
globalConcurrencyLimit = 4
maxSpawnsPerSession = 24
maxSubagentDepth = 1

Supervisor

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
