In plain words
What is it for?

Why use it?
It prevents contributors from changing managed version details or repository structure in ways that conflict with the release process.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01990 $0.01990
Opus 5 $0.00995 $0.00995
Sonnet 5 $0.00398 $0.00398
Haiku 4.5 $0.00199 $0.00199

Measured 8d ago against content hash 35fd829141ba, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

agent-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Agent instructions for the agent-skills repository.

Repository Structure

A single plugin (quatico-skills) over a flat skill pool:

skills/ ← 16 skills (flat pool, one dir per skill)
.claude-plugin/ ← marketplace.json + plugin.json
.cursor-plugin/ ← marketplace.json + plugin.json

Both marketplace manifests define one plugin, quatico-skills, with source: "./"; skills are discovered from skills/ (and commands from commands/, currently empty — the only command moved to plot-pm/plot with its skill). No symlinks. Layout follows the flat-pool convention of anthropics/skills.

Versioning

Versioning is changeset-driven — NEVER edit version numbers by hand. Do not touch metadata.version in any SKILL.md, the version in .claude-plugin/plugin.json / .cursor-plugin/plugin.json, the marketplace.json files, or package.json. The release pipeline owns all of them; hand-edits cause conflicts and drift.

Instead, every change that touches a skill MUST add a changeset:

pnpm changeset # scaffolds a file in .changeset/ from the template

Edit the created file — a one-line summary (becomes the CHANGELOG.md entry), a root-package bump in the frontmatter, and a bumps: block listing each changed skill with its level:

---
"@quatico-solutions/agent-skills": minor # root package / collection bump
---

Brief description of the change

<!--
bumps:
  skills:
    working-with-bitbucket-api: minor
    handling-pull-requests: patch
-->

Choose each level by impact (applies to both the root bump and per-skill bumps):

  • Patch (x.y.Z): bug fixes, wording improvements, minor clarifications
  • Minor (x.Y.0): new sections, new patterns, expanded coverage, a new skill
  • Major (X.0.0): structural reorganization, removed sections, breaking workflow changes

Model class

Skills are prompts, and prompts are model-dependent: a model update can change a skill's behaviour without a line of it changing. Record the model class a change was authored or tuned against as a sibling key in the bumps: block:

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
