Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02799 | $0.02799 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01399 | $0.01399 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00560 | $0.00560 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00280 | $0.00280 |
Grade A, and why
agent-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 183 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md
Project: agent-skills (Canonical Agent Skills Catalog)
Purpose: Open-standard Agent Skills monorepo implementing and distributing autonomous AI coding assistant skills (including the 5-phase QRSPI methodology) across all major harnesses (Gemini, Claude, Codex, OpenCode) and skills.sh.
Audience: AI agents and platform engineers contributing to or maintaining skills in this repository.
Standard: agentskills.io Open Specification
Documentation & Code Language: English (all code, templates, scripts, and documentation).
Version: 1.14.0
1. Vision & Architectural Invariants
This repository is the canonical reference implementation and distribution package for the QRSPI Methodology Agent Skill. Every contributor and AI agent modifying this codebase must uphold five non-negotiable invariants:
- Strict agentskills.io Compliance:
SKILL.mdmust adhere to the open specification. The YAML frontmatter must validate with valid kebab-case name, description under 1024 characters with explicit semantic triggers, and standard metadata. - Progressive Disclosure Architecture: Keep
SKILL.mdtoken-light (< 500 tokens for discovery). Defer granular checklists and stage templates toreferences/for on-demand retrieval. - Pure POSIX Compliance (Zero Host Dependencies): All shell scripts (
.github/scripts/*.sh,skills/*/scripts/*.sh,skills/*/hooks/*.sh) must be pure POSIX/bin/sh-compliant, executable across macOS, Linux, and BSD without requiring bash, python, or external dependencies. - Dogfooding & Modular Persistence: Any complex feature or refactoring must use the modular session structure (
INDEX.mdandYYYY-MM-DD-<slug>/1-question.mdthrough5-implement.md). By default, sessions live under.qrspi/, with configurable support for.docs/,.implementations/, or.sessions/defined inAGENTS.mdor user preference. - Mandatory Turn Termination & User Sign-Off: Exactly one phase executed per turn. After persisting each phase artifact, the agent MUST stop calling tools, output its summary/questions, and end its turn, waiting for explicit user approval before advancing.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

agent-skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository racastellanosm/agent-skills (1 stars, last pushed 18d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 2,799 tokens to every session, about $0.0140 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
