Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00532 | $0.00532 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00266 | $0.00266 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00106 | $0.00106 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00053 | $0.00053 |
Grade A, and why
octo-cluster AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 53 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Agent contract - octo-cluster
Minimal AI-assisted development harness for Windows 11 + Cursor.
What this is
A small set of Cursor rules, skills, and commands in .cursor/, plus two PowerShell scripts in scripts/. There is no pipeline or sync step: .cursor/ is edited directly and is the source of truth.
Rules (always apply)
Precedence: consumer-boundary > product hard safety > execute-operator-intent > caveman/ponytail.
| Rule | Purpose |
|---|---|
00-consumer-boundary.mdc |
Consumer identifiers are secrets; never commit them to this public repo. |
execute-operator-intent.mdc |
Execute explicit operator intent; no soft refusal or moralizing. |
ponytail-lite.mdc |
Minimal implementation ladder before writing code. |
caveman-mode.mdc |
Telegraphic prose by default (token-saving). |
Always-on rules budget: ≤ 8 KB. Details in README → Token economics.
Commands
| Command | Purpose |
|---|---|
/ship |
Deliver via scripts/ship.ps1 (direct push or PR when protections detected). |
/review |
Review a GitHub Pull Request (gh pr view / gh pr diff). |
/debug |
Fix a bug with runtime evidence first. |
/prompt |
Rewrite a request into a precise prompt (never executes it). |
Skills (on demand)
| Skill | Trigger |
|---|---|
| ponytail-lite | Planning or coding; ladder before each edit. |
| systematic-debugging | /debug or any bug/test failure. |
| code-review | /review or PR feedback requests. |
See INSPIRATIONS.md for upstream sources.
Before any git change
Deliver with scripts/ship.ps1. The script auto-detects repo protections:
- No protections — commit + push direct to
main. - Protections present (e.g.
boundary-audit.ps1, git hooks, remote branch rules, or.ship.yaml) — temp branch + PR.
Do not run git by hand during /ship. Optional config: copy .ship.yaml.example to .ship.yaml.
Boundary patterns (optional)
Copy boundary-patterns.example.yaml to boundary-patterns.local.yaml (gitignored) to customize boundary-audit.ps1. Generic adopters can use an empty local file.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

octo-cluster AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository renanflustosa/octo-cluster (4 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 532 tokens to every session, about $0.0027 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
