AGENTS.md

portfolio-v3 AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from rizkyhaksono/portfolio-v3. It costs 1,204 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A repository guide for the portfolio-v3 project. It tells coding agents about the project's tools, structure, design rules, and required files to read before feature work.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when adding features, changing the interface, running tests, or updating project progress in this Next.js and TypeScript portfolio.
Why use it?
It gives agents the project-specific context they need to make changes that fit the existing application. It also records where different coding tools should find their instructions.

Written for Codex and OpenCode: the file is AGENTS.md. Also seen: mentions CLAUDE.md; mentions AGENTS.md; mentions Codex.

This is rizkyhaksono/portfolio-v3's own configuration. It tells Codex and OpenCode how to work on portfolio-v3 itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything portfolio-v3 configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01204 $0.01204
Opus 5 $0.00602 $0.00602
Sonnet 5 $0.00241 $0.00241
Haiku 4.5 $0.00120 $0.00120

Security

Grade A, and why

portfolio-v3 AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Architectural Guidelines

  1. React Server Components (RSC): Default to Server Components. Add 'use client' only at the top of files requiring state, hooks, interactivity, or browser APIs.
  2. Component Organization:
    • Routes belong in app/.
    • Reusable UI elements belong in components/ui/.
    • Feature-specific code belongs in components/[feature]/ or app/_components/.
  3. TypeScript: Use explicit interface or type for all props and state. Avoid any.
  4. Styling:
    • Use Tailwind utility classes only (no inline styles unless unavoidable).
    • Use cn() from @/lib/utils for conditional class merging.
    • Mobile-first responsive design.
  5. Code Quality: Keep functions small. Abstract complex or repetitive logic into hooks or lib/. No superfluous comments — names should be self-documenting.
  6. Package manager: Use npm (not pnpm/bun/yarn) unless the user explicitly overrides.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
