Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00806 | $0.00806 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00403 | $0.00403 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00161 | $0.00161 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00081 | $0.00081 |
Grade A, and why
nen CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 39 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

What this repo is — and is not
nen ships six installable agent skills: engineering disciplines that borrow their names from the six Nen categories in Hunter x Hunter. The anime is a naming metaphor and nothing more. This is not a fan-fiction, lore, or anime project — never generate Hunter x Hunter story content, character material, or derivative anime assets here. The repo's own quality rule applies to every file: delete every Nen reference and what remains must still stand as a serious engineering document.
Source of truth and generated files
skills/<name>/SKILL.mdis the single source of truth. The skills: enhancer, transmuter, emitter, specialist, conjurer, manipulator, hatsu (forges new skills — route "add a skill" work through it), en (auto-routing — reads the problem shape and engages abilities), and vow (pre-commitment — falsifiable pledges declared before work, audited before any done claim).AGENTS.mdand.cursor/rules/*.mdcare generated — never edit them by hand. After changing any skill, regenerate:python3 scripts/gen-adapters.pyinstall.shwires the skills into agent runtimes at install time. Keep it POSIX sh (no bashisms) and BSD/macOS-compatible (no GNU-only flags — BSD sed has already bitten this repo once).
The skill contract (enforced by scripts/lint-skills.py)
- Frontmatter: exactly two keys,
name(== directory name) anddescription; the description must contain an explicit "Use when" trigger clause and is deliberately assertive. - Body: six H2 sections in this order —
Stance,Boundaries,Method,Worked trace,Anti-patterns,Done means.Worked traceneeds at least one fenced code block.Boundariesmust name each paired sibling; the adjacency graph lives in the lint. - Repository content is English only — the lint rejects Hangul in any tracked file.
- Length is guidance (~60–150 body lines). Padding to reach a length is a defect; so is thinness that skips the craft.
Gates — run before every commit
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

nen CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository rlaope/nen (3 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 806 tokens to every session, about $0.0040 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
