Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01128 | $0.01128 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00564 | $0.00564 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00226 | $0.00226 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00113 | $0.00113 |
Grade B, and why
aiops-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Asks for rootmediumPrivilege escalation
A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.
2. Tiered authority T0-T3 is load-bearing (classify rounds up; sudo/doas/pkexec are at least T2; modes open/guarded/readonly gate tiers; deny is global). How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 89 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
Collaboration guide for Claude Code working in aiops-mcp (product: praxis).
This file is the behavior overlay. docs/architecture.md is the design reference
(what the system is and how it is layered); AGENTS.md is the short operating spec.
What this is
praxis is a self-contained, security-first, single-operator-operable,
EU-sovereign unified AI-operations MCP server. It is three things fused into one
control plane:
- A live bitemporal model of a heterogeneous host fleet (the source of truth).
- A drift engine (observed state vs desired state, with human-gated convergence).
- A tiered, audited actuator (the safe hands) exposed over MCP.
The repo is self-contained: no imports from, or runtime coupling to, any sibling fleet repository. Third-party libraries are kept minimal and license-vetted (pydantic for input validation; psycopg for the optional Postgres backend), and the execution core stays dependency-free (ADR-0001, ADR-0014).
The nine invariants (do not weaken; each has a test)
- Single audited execution path; no tool bypasses it.
- Tiered authority T0-T3 is load-bearing (classify rounds up; sudo/doas/pkexec are at least T2; modes open/guarded/readonly gate tiers; deny is global).
- Audit stores
output_sha256+output_len, never bodies; append-only hash chain; redact params; logger never raises. - State facts are bitemporal and append-only (deletion blocked at the store; supersede with actor + reason; one active fact per subject+predicate+type).
- host_type gates actuation; never SSH a Talos host.
- Actuation is DRY_RUN, then human approval, then execute; T3 needs a typed token and one target at a time.
- stdio by default; HTTP needs token + non-loopback opt-in + SSRF egress filter; no token passthrough.
- Lethal-trifecta containment: never one unguarded session with sensitive data + untrusted content + actuation; treat all collected data as untrusted.
- Least privilege; scoped revocable credentials; kill switch; no NOPASSWD: ALL.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

aiops-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository rmednitzer/aiops-mcp (0 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 1,128 tokens to every session, about $0.0056 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (asks for root). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
