one-context CLAUDE.md

one-context CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for coding agents from robinfaraj/one-context. It costs 1,850 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Project instructions for OneContext, an AI identity platform with a web app, API, authentication, database, and integrations. It describes the monorepo, a repository containing multiple related apps and packages managed together.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when developing the web app, API, authentication, database, storage, email, or task packages, and when running their checks and commands.
Why use it?
It shows coding agents where each part lives and which commands and database conventions to follow, reducing mistakes in a multi-package project.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.01850 $0.01850
Opus 5 $0.00925 $0.00925
Sonnet 5 $0.00370 $0.00370
Haiku 4.5 $0.00185 $0.00185

Measured 3d ago against content hash 9a37fb22fc74, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

one-context CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project Overview

OneContext is a universal AI identity platform — one auto-updating profile that syncs from X, GitHub, Notion and is consumable via MCP or REST API. Frontend: Next.js 16, Backend: HonoJS API, Auth: BetterAuth, DB: PostgreSQL via Prisma.

Monorepo Structure

Turborepo + pnpm workspaces. All internal packages use @onecontext/ scope with workspace:* dependencies.

  • apps/web — Next.js 16 app (App Router, Turbopack dev, React 19)
  • apps/cli — CLI placeholder (not yet implemented)
  • packages/api — Hono API server, mounted at /api/* via Next.js catch-all route
  • packages/auth — BetterAuth config (GitHub + Twitter OAuth, email/password, magic link, API keys with octx_ prefix)
  • packages/database — Prisma 7 with PostgreSQL, singleton client, @prisma/adapter-pg
  • packages/integrations — Empty scaffold for future integration providers
  • packages/tasks — Trigger.dev v4 client setup
  • packages/storage — S3-compatible storage client (presigned URLs)
  • packages/mail — Nodemailer + react-email templates (preview on port 3005)
  • packages/logs — Consola logger wrapper
  • packages/utilsgetBaseUrl() helper
  • config/ — Centralized app config (auth, ui, api settings)
  • tooling/typescript — Shared tsconfigs (base, nextjs, react-library)
  • tooling/tailwind — Shared theme.css and tailwind-animate.css

Common Commands

pnpm dev # Start all apps (turbo, concurrency 15)
pnpm build # Build all packages (dotenv + turbo)
pnpm lint # Biome check
pnpm lint:fix # Biome check --write --unsafe
pnpm format # Biome format --write

Database (run from packages/database)

pnpm generate # Generate Prisma client
pnpm migrate # Create a Prisma migration
pnpm seed # Seed DB (e2e test user via BetterAuth API)
pnpm studio # Open Prisma Studio
pnpm deploy-prod # Deploy migrations to production

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
