Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00466 $0.00466
Opus 5 $0.00233 $0.00233
Sonnet 5 $0.00093 $0.00093
Haiku 4.5 $0.00047 $0.00047

Measured 7d ago against content hash 2b0b4417186f, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

Claude-Code-Project-Structure-Learning-Repository CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Blog API — Claude Instructions

Project Overview

This is a REST API for managing blog posts, authors, and comments. Built with FastAPI + SQLite. The API supports CRUD operations, pagination, and basic auth.

Tech Stack

  • Language: Python 3.11
  • Framework: FastAPI
  • Database: SQLite (via SQLAlchemy ORM)
  • Testing: pytest + httpx
  • Linting: ruff, black

Directory Structure

arc/
├── main.py # FastAPI app entry point
├── database.py # SQLAlchemy engine + session
├── models.py # ORM models (Post, Author, Comment)
├── schemas.py # Pydantic request/response schemas
└── routes/
    ├── posts.py # /posts endpoints
    ├── authors.py # /authors endpoints
    └── comments.py # /comments endpoints

How to Run

pip install -r requirements.txt
uvicorn arc.main:app --reload

How to Test

pytest arc/tests/ -v

Coding Rules (IMPORTANT — always follow these)

  1. Never use SELECT * — always name columns explicitly in raw SQL.
  2. All routes must have a docstring explaining what they do.
  3. Pydantic schemas live in schemas.py — do NOT define inline response models inside route files.
  4. All database writes must go through a service function in arc/services/ — routes should not call the ORM directly.
  5. Do not add print statements — use the logging module instead.
  6. Error responses must use HTTPException with a clear detail message.

Commit Style

Use conventional commits:

  • feat: new feature
  • fix: bug fix
  • refactor: no behaviour change
  • test: test-only changes

Things to Avoid

  • Do NOT touch arc/migrations/ manually — use Alembic.
  • Do NOT commit .env files.
  • Do NOT use datetime.now() — use datetime.utcnow() for consistency.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
