What is alpha-terminal CLAUDE.md?

A project instruction file for the Alpha Terminal codebase. It documents what the project is, how to run and test it, and the requirement to activate its Poetry environment; Poetry is a Python dependency and environment manager.

It helps an agent prepare the environment, run the project's tests, and follow the documented morning-scan workflow.
