claude-skills: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

claude-skills CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from Sagargupta16/claude-skills. It costs 2,369 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A content-only marketplace of 16 Claude Code plugins. Each plugin can provide background guidance, slash commands, autonomous agents, or scripts that run automatically on events.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to add, remove, or maintain marketplace plugins, skills, commands, agents, hooks, manifests, and related Markdown, JSON, or shell files.
Why use it?
It describes how the marketplace is organized and which files define its plugins, so agents can update listings and plugin content without expecting an application runtime or build system.

Instructions file for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT} variable. Also seen: mentions CLAUDE.md; mentions Claude Code.

This is Sagargupta16/claude-skills's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on claude-skills itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything claude-skills configures →

Runs only inside a plugin — its command needs a path that Claude Code sets for a plugin’s own hooks and for nothing else, and the catalogue could not identify which plugin ships it.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.02369 $0.02369
Opus 5 $0.01184 $0.01184
Sonnet 5 $0.00474 $0.00474
Haiku 4.5 $0.00237 $0.00237

Measured 4d ago against content hash 1c1393cd1525, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

claude-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CLAUDE.md

This file stacks on top of the workspace root at C:\Code\GitHub\:

  • Root CLAUDE.md -- voice, rules, routing map, references, skills, slash commands, conventions.
  • Root MEMORY.md -- live facts across repos.
  • Root STATUS.md -- live PR/CI/security dashboard.
  • .claude/resources/ -- deep reference for collaboration, workflow, git, OSS, debugging, voice.

Read those first. The guidance below only adds repo-specific context -- it does not override anything in the root.

This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.

What This Is

A Claude Code plugin marketplace (sagar-dev-skills) containing 16 focused plugins. Each plugin provides skills (background knowledge that auto-activates), commands (user-invocable slash commands), agents (autonomous sub-conversations), and/or hooks (shell scripts that auto-execute on events). This is a content-only repo -- no build system, no runtime code. All files are Markdown, JSON, and shell scripts.

5.0.0 cull (2026-05-13): marketplace reduced from 25 -> 14 plugins. Removed plugins that duplicated Anthropic-official skills, sat unused, or overlapped each other. Added 4 promoted from local workspace: diff-explain, debug-triage, renovate-triage, starter-session-audit.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
