Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02969 | $0.02969 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01484 | $0.01484 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00594 | $0.00594 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00297 | $0.00297 |
Grade A, and why
agentic-sdlc-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 90 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

What this is
agentic-sdlc-mcp is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that acts as an "Agentic SDLC Control Plane": it exposes structured tools/resources that let AI coding agents plan, create, test, review, secure, and release software against GitHub, following a six-phase lifecycle: Plan → Create → Test → Review → Optimize → Secure (full standard text lives in src/resources/index.ts under sdlc://standards/agentic-sdlc).
Commands
npm run build # tsc -> dist/
npm run typecheck # tsc --noEmit
npm run dev # tsx watch src/index.ts
npm run test # vitest run (whole suite)
npm run test:watch # vitest watch mode
npm run test:integration # config lifecycle + real in-memory MCP protocol tests
npm run test:coverage # vitest run --coverage (v8, text+lcov+json-summary, enforced thresholds)
npm run smoke # node dist/index.js --smoke — loads module, registers all tools/resources, exits 0. No GITHUB_TOKEN needed.
npm run check:line-endings # rejects CRLF/mixed tracked text; Git and editors are configured for LF
Run a single test file: npx vitest run src/__tests__/tools/create-issue-set.test.ts
Run a single test by name: npx vitest run -t "dryRun=true"
npm run smoke and GITHUB_TOKEN validation are also the fastest way to sanity-check that a change didn't break server startup — it does not require a real token (--smoke / SMOKE=true short-circuits config.ts validation).
Architecture
Server factory and entry point: src/server.ts exports createAgenticSdlcServer(), the single composition root that registers every tool and resource. src/index.ts owns environment loading, config validation, smoke mode, and transport selection (stdio default, or local http via TRANSPORT=http). src/http-server.ts is a loopback-only stateless adapter: preserve SDK Host validation, explicit Origin validation, per-request server/transport isolation, safe JSON-RPC errors, unsupported GET/DELETE 405, strict port parsing, and graceful shutdown. It is not a remote deployment profile; do not add a non-loopback binding without the v1.10 authentication, request-context, budget, and tenant-isolation design. Protocol integration tests instantiate the same factory over an in-memory SDK transport, while HTTP lifecycle tests open only an ephemeral 127.0.0.1 port.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

agentic-sdlc-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository SakuraCianna/agentic-sdlc-mcp (1 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 2,969 tokens to every session, about $0.0148 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
