Standard Java .properties format:

- Keys are camelCase.
- No quotes around values.
- Parameters use
{0},{1}, etc. positional placeholders. - Lines starting with
#are comments.

Do NOT
- Add a string to only one locale file — all 8 must be updated together.
- Use hardcoded strings in SVG output — always go through the text bundle.
- Change existing keys that are in use — add new keys instead to avoid breaking other locales.
