Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00398 $0.00398
Opus 5.5 $0.00159 $0.00159
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00080 $0.00080
Haiku 4.5 $0.00040 $0.00040

Security

Grade A, and why

hyperframes-video-agent-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Agent Instructions

This repository is for coding agents that create and edit videos with tools such as HyperFrames, FFmpeg, GSAP, browser rendering, and caption pipelines.

Operating Rules

  • Classify the task before acting: intake, scene build, motion design, continuity, product demo, audio sync, captions/music, QA, or surgical change.
  • Load only the relevant skill and reference files.
  • Prefer deterministic scripts for FFmpeg, caption, proof-frame, and theme-scan work.
  • Ask for confirmation before full expensive renders when the user has not approved style, music, caption appearance, crop, or final-frame composition.
  • Never mutate approved scenes unless the user explicitly asks for that scene to change.
  • For final video edits, re-render only affected scenes, rebuild the assembly, and extract proof frames at exact timestamps.
  • Keep private project assets out of this repository.

Expected Workflow

  1. Convert the request into a concrete spec using templates/.
  2. Identify which skills apply.
  3. Create or edit source artifacts.
  4. Render previews or proof frames.
  5. Verify with scripts before reporting success.
  6. Document assumptions in the final response.

Safety Checks

  • Use ffprobe before and after retiming or assembly.
  • Extract proof frames around any scene boundary or changed timestamp.
  • Make contact sheets for multi-scene visual QA.
  • Search source compositions for stale brand colors after theme changes.
  • Check carryover frames when a previous scene's final frame changes.
  • Confirm captions appear on the first spoken word, not several words late.
  • Confirm music is audible where intended and ends at the requested time.

Repository Boundaries

This is not an official HyperFrames or HeyGen repository. Do not present it as one.

Do not copy HyperFrames internals or official docs into this repo. Link or reference official projects where appropriate, and keep this repository focused on production workflows, reusable skills, and agent-operable utilities.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
