Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01052 | $0.01052 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00526 | $0.00526 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00210 | $0.00210 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00105 | $0.00105 |
Grade A, and why
datavault4dbt-agent-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 82 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
datavault4dbt Agent Skills — Repository Guide
This repository contains Agent Skills that help AI agents use the datavault4dbt dbt package correctly in dbt projects. This file guides agents creating or modifying skills here.
What a skill is
A skill is a folder under skills/datavault4dbt/skills/<name>/ containing a SKILL.md (and optional
references/ and scripts/). Agents auto-load a skill when a user's prompt matches its description.
Skills are not slash commands. Follow the Agent Skills spec.
Skill requirements
Every SKILL.md must have valid frontmatter:
---
name: skill-name-in-lowercase
description: <capability statement>. Use when <specific triggers>.
user-invocable: false
metadata:
author: scalefree
---
Critical rules (enforced by scripts/validate_skills.py):
nameMUST be lowercase letters/digits/hyphens only and MUST match the directory name exactly.- Only these top-level fields are allowed:
name,description,allowed-tools,compatibility,license,metadata,user-invocable. - NO top-level
version, author, ortags— put author etc. undermetadata. Skills are not individually versioned; the repo's changelog tracks changes. user-invocable: falsegoes at the top level, not insidemetadata.- Folder names use gerund form in kebab-case (
creating-...,staging-...,building-...). descriptionleads with a concrete capability statement, then a "Use when…" trigger clause — make triggers specific so skills don't compete for activation.
Writing good datavault4dbt skills
- Verify against the package, never from memory. The source of truth is the cloned package in the
parent workspace:
../datavault4dbt/docs/and../datavault4dbt/macros/. Quote real parameter names and defaults. When unsure, read the macro. - Progressive disclosure. Keep
SKILL.mdlean; move deep parameter tables, per-adapter notes, and long examples intoreferences/*.mdlinked inline. - Show the YAML-metadata pattern. Every datavault4dbt model is a
{%- set yaml_metadata -%}block passed to a macro. Lead with copy-pasteable examples, then explain. - Be adapter-aware. datavault4dbt supports 11 adapters; timestamp/datatype defaults differ. Don't assume one warehouse.
- End substantive skills with a compact Common Mistakes table.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
