Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.04134 | $0.04134 |
| Opus 5 | $0.02067 | $0.02067 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00827 | $0.00827 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00413 | $0.00413 |
Grade A, and why
discord-manager CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 168 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Discord Manager
Self-hosted Discord bookmarks, catch-up digests, and triage for your AI assistant, over MCP — no Nitro required. The product is headless: a discord.js bot ingests one guild's messages into a local append-only SQLite event store, and an MCP stdio server is the entire user surface. Every deployment is single-owner — one bot token, one owner user id, one guild, one database file. docs/architecture.md is the reference for the whole design.
The append-only doctrine
The application schema is 100% append-only and event-sourced, with zero exceptions: INSERT is the only write, current state is derived from events at query time, and deletion/archival/correction are events too. ALWAYS load the database-design skill before designing tables, writing migrations, or writing any query that changes data. The kysely skill covers the query-side rules (updateTable/deleteFrom/doUpdateSet are banned on application tables).
SQLite forces exactly five sanctioned divergences, and no others:
- Ids are monotonic UUIDv7 values from
newId()in application code — there is nogen_random_uuid(), and a random id would turn the latest-event-winsid desctie-break into a coin flip whenever two events share a millisecond. Insert helpers own this; migrations declaretextprimary keys. The guarantee is per process: the daemon and the MCP server each issue ids in their own order, so two processes writing to one reversible pair in the same millisecond stay unordered. That is accepted — see single-writer WAL below — and no ordering machinery exists to fix it. - Timestamps are ISO-8601 UTC
textcolumns;createdAtdefaults tostrftime('%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%fZ','now'), so lexicographic order equals chronological order. - Latest-event-wins uses
row_number() over (partition by parentId order by createdAt desc, id desc)filtered to1instead ofdistinct on. Theid desctie-break stays mandatory. - Booleans are
integer0/1 at the schema level; Zod coerces at the boundary. - Single-writer WAL replaces Postgres advisory locks: the ingest daemon is the only gateway writer and MCP writes are transactional, so there is no cross-process ordering machinery.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

discord-manager CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository seasonedcc/discord-manager (3 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 4,134 tokens to every session, about $0.0207 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
