Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00840 | $0.00840 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00336 | $0.00336 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00168 | $0.00168 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00084 | $0.00084 |
Grade A, and why
organic-os AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 73 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Agent contributor guide
House rules for any coding agent working in this repo, condensed from CONTRIBUTING.md (the full text wins on any conflict).
The three gates
Run all three before and after any change. Every commit must leave them green.
python3 -m pytest tests -q # expect: all tests passed, none skipped
./scripts/audit.sh # expect: "audit: clean", exit 0
./scripts/verify-gates.sh # expect: "verify-gates: all 8 probes behaved as designed", exit 0
Prerequisites: Python 3.9+, python3 -m pip install --user pyyaml pytest.
verify-gates.sh is not redundant with pytest: it builds a throwaway brain
repo in a temp dir and red-teams the approval gates.
The data boundary (hard rule)
This repo is an engine, never a dataset. No business data - site profiles,
keyword lists, brand rulebooks, competitor lists, skillbook entries, signals -
lands here; it lives in a user's own private brain repo. Audit check 7 fails
the build on any file named site-profile.yaml, skillbook.md,
tracking.yaml, or telegram-offset.json outside
plugin/lib/core/templates/, and on any directory named organic-hq*,
signals/, or reflections/. If you were testing against a real brain
locally, move it outside this checkout.
House style
- No em-dashes anywhere. Use a hyphen with spaces (
-), a comma, or split the sentence. Audit check 3 enforces this byte-wise. - No hype words. Audit check 4 blocks a list of marketing cliches (open
scripts/audit.shfor the exact pattern). Rephrase; never extend an exclude list. - Evidence discipline: every number, study result, or comparison carries a
link to its primary source, the standard
plugin/docs/evidence.mdholds itself to. Never fabricate a stat or a citation. - TDD for
plugin/lib/core,plugin/lib/hoo,plugin/lib/onsite: write the failing test first;tests/shows the pattern per module. - A fact quoted in more than one file gets a row in
docs/INFORMATION-MAP.md, updated in the same commit that changes it.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

organic-os AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository shalintripathi/organic-os (5 stars, last pushed 19d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 840 tokens to every session, about $0.0034 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
