Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01767 | $0.01767 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00883 | $0.00883 |

Grade A, and why
entraadm-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 118 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CLAUDE.md
Overview
MCP server for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) sign-in and audit-log triage. Transport is stdio only. All 7 tools are read-only — there is no write/mutating tool. Auth is env-var driven (see below); no config file.
Commands
uv sync --dev
uv run pytest -v # all tests
uv run ruff check . # lint (gated in CI)
uv run ruff format --check . # format (gated in CI)
uv run entraadm-mcp --check # resolve auth + probe Graph reachability
uv run python scripts/smoke_test.py # live smoke test against a real tenant
Architecture
entraadm_mcp/config.py—AuthConfig.from_env(): all three ofENTRAADM_TENANT_ID/_CLIENT_ID/_CLIENT_SECRETset selects app-only (ClientSecretCredential); none set selectsazure-cli(AzureCliCredential); one or two set raisesConfigError(never a silent fallback to the wrong mode).max_pages_default()readsENTRAADM_MAX_PAGES_DEFAULT, clamped to[MIN_MAX_PAGES, MAX_MAX_PAGES]=[1, 50], falling back toDEFAULT_MAX_PAGES= 5 on anything unparsable.entraadm_mcp/client.py—GraphClient: token acquisition/caching (_TOKEN_REFRESH_MARGIN_SECONDS= 300),get()/get_paged()(the latter follows@odata.nextLinkand returns(items, capped)), and error translation.odata_quote()/validate_upn()are the injection defenses — every$filterbuilt from tool input goes through one or both; MCP tool input is treated as adversarial. HTTP 403 is translated via_PERMISSION_HINTSinto an actionable message (which Graph role/permission is missing); unmapped codes fall back to"{code}: {message}", never a raw stack trace. 429 retries once (respectingRetry-After); 5xx retries twice with exponential backoff.credential/http_clientconstructor params are# injectable for tests(respx-mocked httpx, a stub credential).entraadm_mcp/server.py—FastMCP("entraadm-mcp")with 7 tools.AADSTS_CODESis a hand-maintained dict (not exhaustive) annotating sign-in failure codes; missing codes returnmeaning: null, never hidden._state = {"client": None}is the sole test-injection point (monkeypatch.setitem). Every tool's entry point catches(ConfigError, GraphError)and returns{"error": str(e)};GraphPermissionErrorspecifically addsmissing_permissionnaming the actual Graph permission that endpoint needs (not a single global constant —get_user_auth_methodsneeds a different one than the sign-in/audit tools). Every paged result carriescapped: bool.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
