Build & Run

No test suite, linter, or formatter. pnpm build (tsc) is the only verification step.
Build chain: tsc compiles src/ → dist/ → postbuild.mjs copies SDK DLLs from source dirs into dist/ and copies the everything-mcp.js npx entry template.
Publish: prepack script runs npm run build. Only dist/ is included in the published package.

EverythingClient.connect() auto-detects SDK version: tries v3 first, falls back to v2. Override with EVERYTHING_SDK_VERSION=v3 or v2.
