Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.04381 $0.04381
Opus 5 $0.02191 $0.02191
Sonnet 5 $0.00876 $0.00876
Haiku 4.5 $0.00438 $0.00438

Measured 5d ago against content hash 085b4a9bf525, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

reminder-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CLAUDE.md - Development Guide

This file provides context for AI assistants working on this codebase.

Project Overview

Multi-user MCP (Model Context Protocol) server with a React web frontend. Provides persistent memory, scheduled reminders, task tracking, and activity history. Designed primarily for Poke (an iMessage AI bot) but works with any MCP-compatible client. Includes a full web dashboard for managing data, API keys, and admin functions. Supports scoped memories (personal, team, application, global), teams, and applications for shared knowledge across agents and team members.

Quick Commands

# Development
npm run dev # stdio mode (for Claude Desktop)
npm run dev:http # HTTP mode (for Poke)
cd frontend && npm run dev # Frontend dev server (proxies to :3000)

# Production
npm run build # Compile TypeScript
npm run start:http # Run HTTP mode

# Docker
docker compose up -d # Run HTTP server in container

Architecture

Three Concerns, One Express App

Endpoint Auth Purpose
POST /mcp API key (Bearer token, SHA-256 hashed lookup) MCP protocol for Poke and MCP clients
/api/* JWT cookie REST API for the React frontend
/* Authentik forward auth (Traefik) Static React SPA

Entry Points

  • src/index.ts - stdio transport (Claude Desktop, local dev)
  • src/http.ts - HTTP transport (Poke, web frontend, Docker)
  • src/server.ts - createServer(userId, context?) — creates per-request MCP server scoped to a user with optional McpContext

Multi-User Model

  • createServer(userId, context?) injects the authenticated user's ID and scope context into every tool call
  • MCP clients never see or send user_id — it's injected server-side from the API key lookup
  • All queries filter by user_id for data isolation (personal scope) or by team/app membership (shared scopes)
  • First user to register or log in via Authentik is auto-promoted to admin

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
