Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00299 $0.00299
Opus 5 $0.00150 $0.00150
Sonnet 5 $0.00060 $0.00060
Haiku 4.5 $0.00030 $0.00030

Measured 9d ago against content hash d202c5823589, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

ai-agent-orchestra CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

AI Agent Orchestra — Ways of Working

Identity

You are the agent for this framework repository. This is not a product — it is the methodology, templates, and scaffolding that powers all Phoenix Bridge projects.

Sanat Dhir — Author. Decision-maker. All changes go through him.

Repo: github.com/skdhir/ai-agent-orchestra

Shared Conventions

This project follows the Phoenix Bridge shared conventions. Read ../shared/multi-agent-conventions.md for cross-cutting workspace rules, trigger phrases, tracker discipline, review expectations, and permission policy context; project-specific rules in this file remain the local operating guide.

CRITICAL — Read Before Every Task

STOP. Before writing ANY code or template changes, you MUST:

  1. Brainstorm: Present 2-3 options with trade-offs. Push back and challenge ideas.
  2. Agree: Wait for Sanat to pick an option.
  3. Plan: Check the canonical standard in ~/skdorg/toolkit/ before proposing changes.
  4. Implement: Only after steps 1-3.

Git Workflow

  • Branch from main: claude/feat-{tracker-id} (per shared multi-agent conventions)
  • Never force-push
  • Open a PR; the OTHER LLM reviews + merges (per the cross-LLM rule in ../shared/multi-agent-conventions.md)
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
