Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01217 | $0.01217 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00609 | $0.00609 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00243 | $0.00243 |

Grade A, and why
mcp-swarmia CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

CLAUDE.md — mcp-swarmia
This file documents the project architecture and conventions for AI assistants working in this repository.
Project purpose
mcp-swarmia is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server written in Python. It wraps the Swarmia Export API and exposes each endpoint as an MCP tool, allowing Claude and other MCP-compatible clients to fetch engineering metrics in natural language.

Architecture
The server is intentionally a single-file implementation to minimise complexity and dependencies.
Key components in server.py
| Symbol | Purpose |
|---|---|
BASE_URL |
Root URL for the Swarmia API (https://app.swarmia.com/api/v0) |
app |
mcp.server.Server instance — the MCP application object |
fetch_swarmia(endpoint, params) |
Synchronous helper that builds a URL, sets the Authorization header, calls urllib.request.urlopen, and returns the CSV body as a string |
list_tools() |
MCP handler that declares all six tools and their JSON Schema input definitions |
_TOOL_ENDPOINTS |
Dict mapping tool names → API paths, used by the dispatcher |
call_tool(name, arguments) |
MCP handler that routes a tool call to fetch_swarmia and wraps the result in TextContent |
main() |
Async entry point; sets up stdio transport and runs the server loop |
Transport
The server uses stdio transport (mcp.server.stdio.stdio_server). Claude Desktop and the Claude Code CLI both communicate with MCP servers over stdio, so no network setup is required.
Authentication
The Swarmia API token is read from the SWARMIA_API_TOKEN environment variable at call time (not at startup), so the server can be started before the variable is set, and will surface a clear error message if it is missing when a tool is invoked.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

mcp-swarmia CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository smattila/mcp-swarmia (2 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,217 tokens to every session, about $0.0061 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
