phonebook: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

phonebook CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from stag-build/phonebook. It costs 235 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for Phonebook, a gallery that turns Compose and SwiftUI preview screenshots into a static website, including rules for sharing work with other agents.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when developing Phonebook features, scanning previews, building sample apps, running tests, writing documentation, or coordinating agent work.
Why use it?
They explain which tasks need careful review and which routine implementation, testing, or documentation tasks can be delegated.

Written for Claude Code: the file is CLAUDE.md. Also seen: mentions subagents.

This is stag-build/phonebook's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on phonebook itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything phonebook configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00235 $0.00235
Opus 5 $0.00118 $0.00118
Sonnet 5 $0.00047 $0.00047
Haiku 4.5 $0.00023 $0.00023

Measured 7d ago against content hash 3e6d9de1dd3f, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

phonebook CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

@stag-build/phonebook

Static Storybook-style gallery generated from Compose @Preview / SwiftUI #Preview screenshots. See PLAN.md for the full plan.

Model/agent delegation (token budget)

Keep the main (expensive) model for: architecture, manifest schema, tricky parsing (preview scanning, xcresult harvesting), and reviewing subagent output. Delegate the rest:

  • implementer (sonnet): any module with a clear spec — CLI command boilerplate, site HTML/CSS/JS, MCP tool wiring, sample apps. Write the spec in the prompt (inputs, outputs, file paths, acceptance check), then hand off.
  • build-triage (haiku): every gradle/xcodebuild/npm/test run whose output might be long. Never read raw build logs in the main context.
  • docs-writer (sonnet): README, setup guides, CI recipes.
  • Built-in Explore agent with model: haiku for any multi-file search/reconnaissance.

Batch independent delegations in parallel. Do not delegate tasks whose spec would be longer than the implementation.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
