What is mcp-stargazing CLAUDE.md?

Package Management

Always use uv — never pip, pip3, or python -m pip. uv is the project's package manager and all commands (install, test, lint, run) use it.

Use uv sync / uv add / uv remove for dependencies

Use uv --directory <path> run <command> when working from a different project's directory
