Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00769 | $0.00769 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00385 | $0.00385 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00154 | $0.00154 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00077 | $0.00077 |
Grade A, and why
claude-workshops CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 53 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Claude Code Training Workshop — Repo Conventions
What this repo is
Workshop scaffolding for teaching developers AI-assisted development with Claude Code. The first module targets TodoMVC (React). Additional modules (e.g., OWASP Juice Shop for security training) may be added.
This is not an application. It holds plans, notes, and before/after reference snapshots that learners diff against their own work.
Structure
docs/ — training plans and prompts
<module>-plan.md — one plan per module (e.g. todomvc-plan.md)
prompts/ — pastable prompts to generate new modules
workshop/ — hands-on materials, one subfolder per module
README.md — module index
<module>/ — e.g. todomvc/, juice-shop/
README.md — phase index for this module
phase-N-<name>/
README.md — facilitator/learner instructions for the phase
before/ — starting snapshot (when applicable)
after/ — reference end state (when applicable)
Not every phase has before/after — install, live workflow drills, review, and reflection are activities, not file diffs.
Conventions
- Each phase folder has a
README.md. Keep it short: goal, steps, checkpoint, and how to diff. before/is what a learner starts with.after/is the facilitator's reference. Learners diff their work againstafter/— they don't edit it.- Reference snippets use suffixes like
.snippet,.example, or-legacy/-modernso they aren't mistaken for runnable project files. - Shell hooks go in
scripts/inside the relevant phase'safter/folder and must bechmod +x.
What to avoid
- Don't bloat, but don't starve learning either. A workshop phase is 15–90 minutes of content, not a tutorial series. Trim filler and repetition, but keep depth where a concept genuinely needs it — these READMEs exist to teach. Length is a signal to review, not a hard cap.
- Don't add new phases proactively. Eight is the spine. Tracks inside a phase are fine (see
phase-6-demo/track-a-*vstrack-b-*). - Don't put working files in the repo root. Only
CLAUDE.mdlives there. Everything else goes underdocs/orworkshop/. - Don't generate new docs unless asked. The user explicitly approves each new plan or prompt.
- Don't turn reference files into real code.
after/snippets are for reading and diffing, not fornpm install-ing. Use filename markers (.example,.snippet) to make that obvious.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

claude-workshops CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository starman69/claude-workshops (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 769 tokens to every session, about $0.0038 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
