Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00258 | $0.00258 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00129 | $0.00129 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00052 | $0.00052 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00026 | $0.00026 |
Grade A, and why
starwind-ui-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Agent Instructions
Current Documentation
Fetch current documentation whenever the user asks about a library, framework, SDK, API, CLI tool, or cloud service. This includes API syntax, configuration, version migration, library-specific debugging, setup instructions, and CLI tool usage.
Prefer official documentation and primary sources. Use the best available documentation source in the current environment, and cite or summarize the source you used when it matters for accuracy.
Do not fetch external documentation for refactoring, writing scripts from scratch, debugging business logic, code review, or general programming concepts unless the user specifically asks for it.

Issue tracker
Issues and PRDs are tracked as local markdown files under .scratch/; external PRs are not a triage surface for this tracker. See docs/agents/issue-tracker.md.
Triage labels
The repo uses the default five-role triage vocabulary: needs-triage, needs-info, ready-for-agent, ready-for-human, and wontfix. See docs/agents/triage-labels.md.
Domain docs
This repo uses a single-context domain layout with one root CONTEXT.md and ADRs under docs/adr/. See docs/agents/domain.md.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
