autoxeo-agent-codex-plugin AGENTS.md

autoxeo-agent-codex-plugin AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from stella-dust/autoxeo-agent-codex-plugin. It costs 179 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Repository instructions for the AutoXEO Codex Plugin. They define what the repository owns, how local and cloud information should be treated, and which security and release checks apply.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when developing, reviewing, installing, or releasing the AutoXEO plugin, especially when checking security boundaries, evidence handling, and required validation commands.
Why use it?
They prevent private keys, customer data, untrusted fixture results, and unsafe local-server behaviour from being added to the project. They also clarify that externally changing or billable actions need confirmation and a receipt.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00179 $0.00179
Opus 5 $0.00089 $0.00089
Sonnet 5 $0.00036 $0.00036
Haiku 4.5 $0.00018 $0.00018

Measured 4d ago against content hash 1b73d488431e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-05, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

autoxeo-agent-codex-plugin AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Repository instructions

This public repository owns only the AutoXEO Codex Plugin, its Skills, local MCP/loopback workbench, installers and public compatibility evidence.

  • Never add Provider keys, Cloud/Admin source, customer data or internal deployment details.
  • AutoXEO Cloud is authoritative for identity, tenancy, entitlement, Provider capability, Evidence and Credit. Local state is never promoted to authority.
  • A billed or externally mutating operation uses prepare, explicit confirm, idempotent commit and receipt.
  • Fixture output is never observed Evidence.
  • The local server binds only to 127.0.0.1, rejects Host/Origin confusion, uses an HttpOnly session and requires CSRF on commands.
  • Run npm run check, npm run validate, the official plugin validator and both smoke tests before release.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
