telegramify-markdown AGENTS.md

telegramify-markdown AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from sudoskys/telegramify-markdown. It costs 767 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A task-routing guide for Telegramify Markdown, a tool that converts Markdown into Telegram messages. It maps common tasks to the documents, workflows, and checks that should be used first.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when changing message conversion, rich-message support, product or API contracts, architecture decisions, code, or tests.
Why use it?
It prevents agents from applying the wrong process by showing which product requirements, architecture records, source files, and tests belong to each type of change.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00767 $0.00767
Opus 5 $0.00383 $0.00383
Sonnet 5 $0.00153 $0.00153
Haiku 4.5 $0.00077 $0.00077

Measured 4d ago against content hash 4aa0e9524a13, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

telegramify-markdown AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project Rules

always:

  • Communicate with the user in Chinese and address them as "研究员".
  • Route the task before editing.
  • Use PDM for project commands. Do not use pip install -e . or direct python -m unittest for normal verification.
  • Understand the pyromark event-stream state machine before changing conversion logic.
  • Keep core runtime dependencies minimal. The core converter depends on pyromark; Mermaid rendering uses optional Pillow and aiohttp.
  • Preserve all Telegram entity offsets and lengths as UTF-16 code units.
  • Add public API docstrings.
  • Prefer Chinese comments when comments are needed.
  • Do not create a PR for Rich Message changes until pdm run test-live-rich passes against the real Telegram Bot API with TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN and TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
