Moses_Enterprise_B2BPilot_: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

Moses_Enterprise_B2BPilot_ AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from SunrisesIllNeverSee/Moses_Enterprise_B2BPilot_. It costs 1,239 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Repository guidance describing the architecture and naming rules for Upsilon, SigRank, SignalAF, and the MO§ES governance framework.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when editing the pilot, leaderboard, benchmark, platform, or related repositories and deciding which names and historical content must remain unchanged.
Why use it?
It prevents agents from confusing these separate products and metrics or making broad branding and legal changes without approval.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01239 $0.01239
Opus 5 $0.00620 $0.00620
Sonnet 5 $0.00248 $0.00248
Haiku 4.5 $0.00124 $0.00124

Measured 3d ago against content hash fe1538c92fc7, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

Moses_Enterprise_B2BPilot_ AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Upsilon Architecture Context (2026-08-28)

Architecture: MO§ES → Upsilon → SigRank | SignalAF

  • Upsilon = measurement engine / enterprise product (the engine that measures)
  • SigRank = public leaderboard / benchmark / proof surface (live at signalaf.com)
  • SignalAF = public distribution / platform brand
  • Yield (Υ) = metric inside Upsilon: (cache_read × output) / input²
  • MO§ES™ = governance framework / methodology

Owner clarification (2026-08-28): The primary change is the Upsilon pilot. agent-universe and sigrank-app changes are minimal — just pointing toward the pilot and establishing architecture context. All repos get this context so they understand where it came from and don't try rewriting everything every time.

Do NOT:

  • Rename package/repo/CLI names (sigrank-app, sigrank-mcp, npx sigrank) — these are technical identifiers
  • Rename "SigRank" where it means the public leaderboard/benchmark
  • Conflate "Upsilon" (product) with "Yield" (metric) — they are different things
  • Mass-rewrite historical/archive content to conform to new branding
  • Change patent claims without legal review

Preserved:

  • npx sigrank CLI command
  • sigrank npm package name
  • sigrank-app, sigrank-mcp repo names
  • All URLs (signalaf.com, sigeconomy.com, mos2es.org, signomy.xyz)
  • "SigRank leaderboard/board/ranks" references
  • Historical and archive content

Canon source: Search Authority (commit 790d403). Load canon context before modifying product definitions, metrics, or terminology:

export SEARCH_AUTHORITY_PATH="${SEARCH_AUTHORITY_PATH:-$HOME/Developer/_control/search-authority}"
python3 "$SEARCH_AUTHORITY_PATH/canon_cli.py" context sigrank
python3 "$SEARCH_AUTHORITY_PATH/canon_cli.py" context upsilon

Filesystem MCP — REQUIRED for file operations

This is a core framework/search/ello/product repository. When performing file operations, prefer the Filesystem MCP tools over ad-hoc shell commands:

  • list_directory / directory_tree — structured directory traversal
  • search_files — glob-pattern file search within allowed paths
  • read_multiple_files — batch file reads (failures do not stop the batch)
  • edit_file with dryRun: true — preview structural changes before applying

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
